Ensuite, un flux rapide de gaz inerte brise le m\u00e9tal fondu en <strong>poudres rondes<\/strong>. Ces poudres s'\u00e9coulent tr\u00e8s bien. Cette m\u00e9thode est la meilleure pour l'impression 3D (comme SLM et DMLS). Elle permet d'obtenir une poudre tr\u00e8s pure, avec des particules de taille r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et un bon conditionnement [1].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:13px\"><strong>Atomisation de l'eau<\/strong> <strong>Vaporisation de l'eau<\/strong> utilise de puissants jets d'eau pour briser le m\u00e9tal fondu en particules. Ces particules ne sont pas aussi rondes que celles obtenues par atomisation au gaz. Mais cette m\u00e9thode est moins co\u00fbteuse. Elle convient pour <strong>la m\u00e9tallurgie des poudres (PM)<\/strong>, <strong>moulage par injection de m\u00e9tal (MIM)<\/strong>et le rev\u00eatement de surface, o\u00f9 une rondeur parfaite n'est pas toujours n\u00e9cessaire [2].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:13px\"><strong>Atomisation par plasma et VIGA<\/strong> <strong>Atomisation par plasma<\/strong> et <strong>Atomisation gazeuse par induction sous vide (VIGA)<\/strong> sont des m\u00e9thodes avanc\u00e9es de fabrication de poudres d'acier inoxydable super pures et tr\u00e8s rondes. Chaque qualit\u00e9 est con\u00e7ue pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des besoins sp\u00e9cifiques. Les types les plus courants sont les suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"font-size:13px\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>316L :<\/strong> Tr\u00e8s <strong>bonne r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la rouille<\/strong>surtout dans les endroits sal\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>304L :<\/strong> Un commun, <strong>type polyvalent<\/strong> qui r\u00e9siste bien \u00e0 la rouille et est facile \u00e0 souder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>410L :<\/strong> Bon pour <strong>chaleur \u00e9lev\u00e9e<\/strong> et poss\u00e8de des caract\u00e9ristiques magn\u00e9tiques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>430L :<\/strong> Appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 parce qu'il est <strong>facile \u00e0 plier et \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>17-4PH :<\/strong> Un bon m\u00e9lange de <strong>solidit\u00e9 et r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la rouille<\/strong>surtout apr\u00e8s un traitement thermique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:13px\">Chaque type a un m\u00e9lange sp\u00e9cifique de produits chimiques (comme le chrome, le nickel, le molybd\u00e8ne et le carbone). Ce m\u00e9lange influe directement sur la solidit\u00e9 de l'acier et sur sa r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la rouille.
