Pour les temp\u00e9ratures plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d'utiliser des alliages \u00e0 base de nickel tels que l'alliage<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tensile_And_Yield_Strength\"><\/span>R\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction et limite d'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l'\u00e9tat standard de durcissement par vieillissement, cet alliage offre une forte combinaison de r\u00e9sistance et de ductilit\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>R\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction (UTS) : Minimum 130 ksi (896 MPa). Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques de l'A286 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifiquement v\u00e9rifi\u00e9es par des essais de rupture sous contrainte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9pondre aux normes industrielles, l'alliage doit r\u00e9sister \u00e0 une charge de 65 ksi (448 MPa) \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de 1200 \u00b0F pendant 23 heures sans d\u00e9faillance. Cet indicateur sp\u00e9cifique est l'\"\u00e9talon-or\" qui garantit que les fixations et les composants des collecteurs ne risquent pas de fluer ou de se rompre par cisaillement lors d'un fonctionnement \u00e0 long terme dans des zones \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Critical_Role_Of_Heat_Treatment_Standards\"><\/span>R\u00f4le critique des normes de traitement thermique<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L'un des facteurs les plus importants affectant les performances de l'acier A286 est le cycle de traitement thermique sp\u00e9cifique, en particulier le durcissement par pr\u00e9cipitation (vieillissement) apr\u00e8s le traitement de mise en solution.
