Parmi ces proc\u00e9d\u00e9s, l'atomisation est la m\u00e9thode la plus courante pour les applications modernes \u00e0 hautes performances, o\u00f9 un flux de m\u00e9tal en fusion est d\u00e9sint\u00e9gr\u00e9 en fines gouttelettes par des jets d'eau ou de gaz \u00e0 haute pression. La r\u00e9duction \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat solide consiste \u00e0 \u00e9liminer chimiquement l'oxyg\u00e8ne des oxydes m\u00e9talliques (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le fer) pour cr\u00e9er une poudre semblable \u00e0 une \u00e9ponge. L'\u00e9lectrolyse utilise un courant \u00e9lectrique pour d\u00e9poser des poudres m\u00e9talliques de haute puret\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d'une solution, souvent utilis\u00e9e pour le cuivre. Le produit fini est tr\u00e8s beau - tr\u00e8s sph\u00e9rique avec une surface lisse. Si vous voulez imprimer une pi\u00e8ce de pr\u00e9cision, vous n'avez pas d'autre choix que de l'utiliser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Atomisation \u00e0 l'eau : il s'agit de l'utilisation d'un jet d'eau \u00e0 haute pression pour traiter le m\u00e9tal en fusion. La vitesse de refroidissement de l'eau \u00e9tant trop rapide, les particules de m\u00e9tal se solidifient avant de pouvoir \u00eatre arrondies, de sorte que la forme est tr\u00e8s irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re et la surface rugueuse. Bien que la fluidit\u00e9 ne soit pas aussi bonne que celle de la poudre a\u00e9rosolis\u00e9e, cet \"inconv\u00e9nient\" est \u00e0 mon avis son avantage : au cours du processus de pressage, la forme irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re peut provoquer une occlusion m\u00e9canique entre les particules. Par cons\u00e9quent, dans les applications de pressage et de frittage, si vous accordez de l'importance \u00e0 la \"r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat vert\" de la pi\u00e8ce (c'est-\u00e0-dire la r\u00e9sistance avant le frittage), la poudre atomis\u00e9e \u00e0 l'eau est le premier choix.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Solid_State_Reduction_Method\"><\/span>M\u00e9thode de r\u00e9duction \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat solide<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La r\u00e9duction \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat solide est la m\u00e9thode chimique. Lorsqu'il s'agit de cette m\u00e9thode, tout le monde pense essentiellement \u00e0 la production de poudre de fer. Contrairement \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode de fusion du m\u00e9tal par atomisation, cette m\u00e9thode joue avec les solides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'ensemble du processus se d\u00e9roule g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement comme suit :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9paration des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res : Le minerai est broy\u00e9 et m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 un agent r\u00e9ducteur (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement du coke ou du charbon de bois comme source de carbone).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9action : Le m\u00e9lange est chauff\u00e9 dans un four, et la temp\u00e9rature est contr\u00f4l\u00e9e en dessous du point de fusion du fer. \u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0, l'agent r\u00e9ducteur commence \u00e0 agir, l'oxyg\u00e8ne contenu dans l'oxyde de fer \"s'accroche\".<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9sultat : il reste une structure poreuse de fer m\u00e9tallique, semblable \u00e0 une \u00e9ponge. Apr\u00e8s broyage et criblage de ces \"\u00e9ponges de fer\", on obtient le produit fini.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D'un point de vue technique, cette structure poreuse pr\u00e9sente un \u00e9norme avantage : elle peut absorber l'huile. Cette poudre est donc particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la fabrication de roulements autolubrifiants ou de roulements n\u00e9cessitant une grande compressibilit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces structurelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Electrolysis\"><\/span>\u00c9lectrolyse<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque le projet \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser pr\u00e9sente des exigences strictes en mati\u00e8re de conductivit\u00e9 ou de puret\u00e9 chimique, l'\u00e9lectrolyse est la seule solution possible. Cette m\u00e9thode est le plus souvent utilis\u00e9e pour produire de la poudre de cuivre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Son principe est similaire \u00e0 celui de la galvanoplastie, tout simplement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>R\u00e9glage : Jeter la plaque m\u00e9tallique (anode) dans la cellule \u00e9lectrolytique contenant la solution de sulfate de m\u00e9tal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9p\u00f4t : Apr\u00e8s la mise sous tension, le m\u00e9tal de l'anode se dissout, traverse l'\u00e9lectrolyte et se d\u00e9pose sur la cathode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poudre : apr\u00e8s un certain temps de d\u00e9p\u00f4t, le m\u00e9tal est racl\u00e9, nettoy\u00e9, s\u00e9ch\u00e9 et broy\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La poudre \u00e9lectrolytique est tr\u00e8s caract\u00e9ristique au microscope, elle est dendritique (semblable \u00e0 de la foug\u00e8re) et extr\u00eamement pure. C'est pourquoi elle est presque irrempla\u00e7able dans les applications \u00e9lectroniques telles que les encres conductrices et les balais de moteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mechanical_Crushing_Method\"><\/span>M\u00e9thode de broyage m\u00e9canique<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La m\u00e9thode de broyage m\u00e9canique est une m\u00e9thode \"h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne\", c'est-\u00e0-dire qu'elle utilise uniquement la force m\u00e9canique pour briser un m\u00e9tal solide. Cette m\u00e9thode est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux m\u00e9taux fragiles (tels que le b\u00e9ryllium, l'antimoine, le bismuth) ou aux alliages fragiles. La raison en est simple : si vous \u00e9crasez un m\u00e9tal mall\u00e9able, il ne fera que s'aplatir, il ne se cassera pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les moyens les plus courants sont les suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Broyage \u00e0 billes : Lancer un bloc de m\u00e9tal dans un tambour rotatif et \u00e9craser le mat\u00e9riau avec des billes dures en c\u00e9ramique ou en acier \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meulage : Utilisez des meules robustes pour le meulage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour \u00eatre honn\u00eate, cette m\u00e9thode pr\u00e9sente un inconv\u00e9nient : il est facile d'introduire des impuret\u00e9s (apr\u00e8s tout, les boulets de broyage s'usent).
