Sebbene la resistenza diminuisca con l'aumentare della temperatura, una regola generale per tutti i materiali metallici, la diminuzione della resistenza dell'Incoloy 825 \u00e8 relativamente piccola e mantiene l'integrit\u00e0 strutturale e le propriet\u00e0 meccaniche anche in caso di esposizione a lungo termine ad alte temperature.
