In base alla mia esperienza, l'aspetto pi\u00f9 potente di questi materiali \u00e8 il loro tasso di utilizzo, che pu\u00f2 facilmente superare i 97%. Inoltre, la porosit\u00e0 pu\u00f2 essere controllata per ottenere l'autolubrificazione e molte forme geometriche complesse possono essere formate direttamente tramite stampi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attualmente, i materiali per la metallurgia delle polveri con cui lavoriamo si dividono in diverse categorie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Leghe ferrose (ferro e acciaio):<\/strong>\u00a0Privilegiare la resistenza strutturale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leghe non ferrose (rame e alluminio):<\/strong>\u00a0Conducibilit\u00e0 del valore e leggerezza.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acciaio inossidabile:<\/strong>\u00a0Si concentra sulla resistenza alla corrosione.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per l'uso e le prestazioni di questi materiali ci atteniamo generalmente a standard industriali come l'MPIF Standard 35.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Classification_of_Powdered_Metal_Materials\"><\/span>1. Classificazione dei materiali metallici in polvere<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In genere classifichiamo i materiali della metallurgia delle polveri in base agli elementi di base e ai componenti della lega, principalmente in materiali metallici ferrosi, acciaio inossidabile e materiali metallici non ferrosi. Di seguito sono riportati alcuni dei materiali pi\u00f9 comunemente utilizzati nel mio lavoro abituale:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ferrous_Materials_Iron_Carbon_Steel\"><\/span>Materiali ferrosi (ferro e acciaio al carbonio)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Non \u00e8 esagerato affermare che questa categoria \u00e8 la forza principale del settore e rappresenta circa 70% - 80% di parti strutturali in metallurgia delle polveri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ferro puro:<\/strong>\u00a0Utilizzato principalmente in applicazioni magnetiche, come le aste magnetiche morbide, grazie alla sua permeabilit\u00e0 particolarmente elevata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ferro-Rame-Carbonio (Serie FC):<\/strong>\u00a0\u00c8 la scelta pi\u00f9 comune per le parti strutturali del settore automobilistico (come ingranaggi, camme). Il rame rafforza notevolmente il materiale, mentre la presenza di carbonio ne consente il trattamento termico (tempra).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acciai pre-legati:<\/strong>\u00a0Come l'acciaio FL-4405 (acciaio al molibdeno), questo materiale ha un'eccellente temprabilit\u00e0 e resistenza agli urti, che lo rendono ideale per gli ingranaggi della trasmissione ad alto carico.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Scenari di applicazione:<\/strong>\u00a0Se si intende sostituire un pezzo in acciaio 1045 lavorato, un pezzo in ferro-rame-carbonio trattato termicamente con la metallurgia delle polveri pu\u00f2 spesso essere un sostituto diretto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Stainless_Steel_Series_300_400_Series\"><\/span>Serie in acciaio inox (serie 300 e 400)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Serie 300 (austenitica):<\/strong>\u00a0In particolare, l'SS-316 offre la migliore resistenza alla corrosione ma una permeabilit\u00e0 relativamente bassa. \u00c8 la prima scelta per le apparecchiature alimentari o mediche, che richiedono una resistenza alla corrosione particolarmente elevata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Serie 400 (Martensitica):<\/strong>\u00a0Pu\u00f2 essere trattata termicamente per ottenere un'elevata durezza e resistenza all'usura, ma la sua resistenza alla corrosione non \u00e8 buona come quella della serie 300.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Non-Ferrous_Materials_Copper_Aluminum\"><\/span>Materiali non ferrosi (rame e alluminio)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bronzo (rame-stagno):<\/strong>\u00a0\u00c8 il \"veterano\" dei cuscinetti autolubrificanti impregnati d'olio. La sua speciale struttura a pori \u00e8 in grado di assorbire l'olio, garantendo una lubrificazione a lungo termine e praticamente priva di manutenzione.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leghe di alluminio:<\/strong>\u00a0Negli ultimi anni, nel campo dei veicoli elettrici (EV), la popolarit\u00e0 delle leghe di alluminio ha registrato un rapido aumento. La riduzione del peso \u00e8 una tendenza fondamentale per i veicoli elettrici. Se una densit\u00e0 standard (come 6,8 g\/cm\u00b3) pu\u00f2 gi\u00e0 soddisfare i vostri requisiti di carico, insistere su 7,4 g\/cm\u00b3 richiederebbe un processo di pressatura secondaria\/sinterizzazione secondaria pi\u00f9 costoso. Vantaggi di costo dei materiali metallici in polvere<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Francamente, la metallurgia delle polveri offre notevoli vantaggi in termini di costi rispetto alla lavorazione meccanica tradizionale, soprattutto grazie agli evidenti benefici sui costi dei materiali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Resa del materiale:<\/strong>\u00a0Quando si lavora un ingranaggio da barra, gli scarti (trucioli) possono rappresentare 40-50%. Il nostro processo di metallurgia delle polveri, invece, vanta un tasso di utilizzo delle materie prime di oltre 97%, una differenza sostanziale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Efficienza energetica:<\/strong>\u00a0Il processo di sinterizzazione consuma in genere molta meno energia totale rispetto alla fusione e alle lavorazioni estensive necessarie per la fusione o la forgiatura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Riduzione della manodopera:<\/strong>\u00a0La metallurgia delle polveri \u00e8 un processo altamente automatizzato. Una volta che lo stampo \u00e8 stato messo a punto, siamo in grado di produrre in modo continuo migliaia di pezzi con un intervento molto ridotto da parte dell'operatore, il che porta a un'efficienza eccezionale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Possible_Problems_and_Solutions\"><\/span>4. Possibili problemi e soluzioni<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"Author\">Nella produzione reale, spesso si incontrano alcuni problemi con i materiali della metallurgia delle polveri, ma esistono soluzioni mature. Ecco alcuni dei pi\u00f9 comuni:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Problema:<\/strong>\u00a0La resistenza della parte \u00e8 insufficiente.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Soluzione:<\/strong>\u00a0Possiamo pensare di utilizzare polveri pre-legate (come l'Astaloy) o di impiegare la \"tecnologia di compattazione a caldo\" per aumentare la densit\u00e0 senza modificare la geometria dei pezzi. Si tratta di un metodo molto pratico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Problema:<\/strong>\u00a0La porosit\u00e0 della superficie \u00e8 troppo elevata e influisce sulla galvanotecnica.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Soluzione:<\/strong>\u00a0Prima della galvanoplastica, eseguiamo un'impregnazione di resina (cio\u00e8 tappiamo i pori). Ci\u00f2 garantisce una superficie liscia e un eccellente effetto anticorrosione.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Problema:<\/strong>\u00a0Le tolleranze dimensionali sono sempre instabili.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Soluzione:<\/strong>\u00a0Ci\u00f2 avviene solitamente durante il processo di sinterizzazione. Possiamo aggiungere un processo di \"sagomatura\" (pressatura fine) dopo la sinterizzazione per calibrare le dimensioni in un intervallo di tolleranza molto stretto, ad esempio entro \u00b1 0,01 mm.
